Returns & Exchanges – 30-Day Return Policy

Your happiness is our goal! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return any unworn, damage-free, and non-clearance pieces to us in-store or via mail for a return or exchange. All refunds will be processed back to your original method of payment.

You are responsible for postage costs incurred for returns made via mail. We offer free return shipping under the following circumstances:

  • You opt for store credit;
  • You opt for an exchange; or
  • We made an error when we processed your order.

Please note: All clearance pieces are final sale and cannot be returned for a return or exchange

Returns by Mail:

Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your refund for all returns by mail. Packages must be returned pre-paid using an insured shipping method. Unfortunately, we cannot accept COD deliveries.


You will not be responsible for postage costs if you return purchased pieces via mail for an exchange. To complete an exchange via mail, contact us at 1-972-652-0886 or email to initiate an exchange and for a free shipping label. Unfortunately, item availability cannot be guaranteed, so we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible.

Return or Exchange of Gifts:

If you received the piece(s) to be returned as a gift, please include the packing slip for returns by mail or present the gift receipt for an in-store return. A store credit will be issued for returns with a gift receipt. If no gift receipt or packing slip is present, the item will be returned in the form of a store credit for the price of the item at the time of the return.
